1. Column protection guards: quick-fit column impact protection
Column protection guards consist of two plastic half-shells that you can quickly and easily attach to load-bearing pillars, steel columns and poles using Velcro or rod clasps. Tools or fasteners are not required for the installation. This means that columns in different operational areas can be fitted with protection in just a few simple steps.
The resilient, elastic polyethylene (PE) material provides optimum impact absorption, reliably absorbing up to 2,200 joules (at a 90° impact angle) and minimising damage to columns and vehicles. Thanks to its dimensional stability, this pillar protection automatically returns to its original state after a collision. Depending on the model, our column protection guards can also be UV, chemical, weather and temperature resistant.

2. Column protection accessories
Many column protection systems can be enhanced with additional accessories such as extension elements and tension belts. Extension elements, made from flexible polyethylene, can be attached to a column or pillar guard to increase coverage, helping to absorb and minimise any impact resulting from a collision.
Tension belts can be used to secure all elements of a column impact protector together, including extension elements. They are compatible with a variety of impact protection elements, including differently sized warehouse pole protectors and parking pillar guards.
