Stainless steel pallet trucks are exceptionally durable, resistant to corrosion, and impervious to moisture, acids, alkalis, and aggressive gases. We offer pallet trucks made of regular steel with hot-dip galvanisation, as well as various stainless steel grades. The resilient surface and easy-to-clean design allow for hygienic cleaning using high-pressure cleaners, which prevents the build-up of dirt and impurities.

As a result, these rust-free pallet trucks meet the highest hygiene standards and are perfect for companies that handle hazardous substances or have strict hygiene regulations to adhere to. 1. Material qualities

Compared to other pallet trucks, stainless steel pallet trucks have a much more robust surface that is less sensitive to environmental influences such as moisture or aggressive chemicals and can be thoroughly cleaned or even sterilized.

Depending on the application and model, we offer the pallet truck in different stainless steel qualities: The mixture of different metals – mostly steel and an alloy in different mass proportions – offers certain properties and values depending on the version.

In addition, depending on the design, our stainless steel pallet lifting trucks contain different stainless steel components of varying sizes. In general, the higher the proportion of stainless steel, the more resistant the pallet truck is to moisture, moisture, acids, alkalis or other aggressive materials.

2. Lift hydraulics

All of our stainless steel pallet trucks are equipped with a dependable hydraulic system that is used to lift and lower loads. Depending on the model and equipment, we offer the following:

• Manual hydraulic stainless steel hand pallet truck: the forks with the load carrier are raised by manual pump strokes and lowered using the hand lever. For models with quick lift, the number of tiller hits is reduced for light loads of up to 100 or 120kg.
• Electro-hydraulic stainless steel pallet truck: With these models, the load carrier is raised electrically with a push of a button, lowered via a hand lever, or also electrically with a push of a button (depending on the model).
