The A-SAFE StepGuard made from MONOPLEX offers unique, heavy-duty protection at floor level against accidents and damage caused by industrial vehicles in loading zones, storage areas and on walkways. The risk of injuries, infrastructure damage and costly downtimes is particularly high in these areas. The A-SAFE StepGuard can also be used as a step for vehicle operators and can be installed quickly – even alongside other barriers. It is capable of withstanding repeated collisions with an impact load of up to 15,800 joules, which equates to a 6.4 tonne vehicle travelling at a speed of 8 km/h. Thanks to its ribbed structure, the StepGuard effectively returns to its original form following an impact.
