How does the ordering process work?
There are only three or four steps to placing an order in Jungheinrich PROFISHOP.
Step 1 – Shopping basket
The first step is to add the desired item from the product overview page or the item details page to the shopping basket. After clicking on the yellow button, you will immediately be taken to your shopping basket overview. A green tick indicates that you have added an item. If you want to continue shopping, you can simply click on ‘back’ in the browser window. The yellow highlight and the number in brackets in the header indicate how many products you already have in your shopping cart. If you move the mouse over this area, a small overview with the added items and the shopping cart total will appear. On the overview, you have the option to access your shopping cart overview by clicking on the ‘Go to checkout’ button. To proceed with your order, simply click on the ‘Order now’ button.
Step 2 – Log in and register
In this step, you have the option to order as a guest, registered user or new customer. As a guest, you do not need any access data to make a purchase. However, if you are registered or create access data, you can enjoy all the service benefits in your ‘My Koto’ area. At this point, you can also provide a different delivery address and information about the delivery. However, these are optional functions and can also be specified in the next step.
Order step 3 – Check & Order
Here you can check your address details and shopping cart items again. You can also select your preferred payment method from the list provided.
If your selected payment method does not include payment on delivery or advance payment, or you do not select these, you will proceed to the fourth step of the order process. Here you enter the relevant payment details. These will be treated in strict confidence. After sending the payment data, you will be taken to the order confirmation page.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still in the ‘Open’ status, you can send us a cancellation request. This can be done in the ‘My account’ area under ‘My orders’ for the corresponding order. Simply open the contact form via the link ‘Request cancellation’ and send us a specific request to cancel the order. We will check your request immediately and get back to you by email or phone.
How do I navigate through the shop?
Jungheinrich PROFISHOP offers you more than 100,000 products, including items from the premium brand Jungheinrich and, exclusively, the range from the traditional brand Ameise®. Benefit from a wide range of products in the categories of ‘Lifting & Stacking’, ‘Transporting’, ‘Storage, Racking & Shelving’, ‘Warehouse & Operations’, ‘Workshop’, ‘Environment’ and ‘Office’. You can easily access the desired product by using the navigation bar at the top of the page. The range is constantly being expanded and guarantees you not only top quality but also attractive product innovations at fair prices. Use the top navigation to access the desired subcategories. You can narrow down the range in the subcategories by using the filter navigation on the left-hand side. This will help you to find the products you want quickly and easily. You can also sort the displayed products as you wish, e.g. by relevance and by price in ascending or descending order.
The search function is a quick way to find what you are looking for if you only know the product name but not the category in which it is listed. Simply enter the product you are looking for in the search field at the top and suggestions will be displayed as a result. You can also filter and sort these results to get the best possible search result.
How is my displayed item price calculated?
All orders, whether online or offline, are always based on our currently valid list price. We grant preferred customers a fixed percentage discount on this list price. Preferred customers with discounts can only see the discount when they log in to the online shop. All products in the range are displayed there with the respective list price and the discount granted.
Our online shop is open to all customers, including those who are not granted preferential conditions. The online shop displays the current selling prices for the respective products (subject to fluctuation without price stability) for all customers, as well as any promotional prices that are only valid for a specified period.
If the current retail prices or the special offer prices are lower than the price that customers with preferential conditions are granted, the best price is always displayed. This is where our best price system comes into play.
Can I also order as a guest?
It is possible to shop at Jungheinrich PROFISHOP without logging in or registering. This is known as a guest order. You simply do not need to create access data in the form of a password for this. At the end of each order, you still have the option to create access data at any time to enjoy the advantages of your own ‘My Account’ area.
