It makes light work of transporting loads weighing up to 1,000 kg across short distances and stacking or retrieving pallets at heights of up to 3,900 mm. The additional support arm lift ensures even greater flexibility in use. The additional lift serves as a second lift mechanism, allowing the support arms to be raised independently of the fork arms. As a result, the EJC 110zi easily negotiates uneven floors, ramps, thresholds or loading bridges. The initial lift also enables transverse pick-up of Euro pallets, the correct position of which can be checked via the convenient fork marking.
Whether in a warehouse, salesroom, production facility or workshop – the low overall height, small turning circle and narrow aisle width make the space-saving electric pedestrian stacker highly manoeuvrable and thus particularly suitable for use in tight spaces. You can even work effortlessly and efficiently in confined storage areas, as the small turning radius reduces the risk of damage to your goods. And when things get really tight, you can activate slow travel mode to manoeuvre the high-lift stacker safely and comfortably at reduced speed with the tiller raised.

The proportional hydraulics allow you to deposit sensitive loads on the rack or ground with maximum care.
The EJC 110zi provides you with everything you need to ensure rapid, energy-efficient and cost-effective goods turnover. 3 travel programmes allow you to set an individual travel speed up to 6 km/h. When activated, the truck always starts with the last travel programme to be used. The necessary energy is provided by the powerful 150 Ah lithium-ion battery, which impresses with its consistently high performance. It is characterised by low energy consumption and, in comparison to lead-acid batteries, is maintenance-free and offers a three times longer service life. Another plus point: With the Jungheinrich Li-ion Guarantee Plus, Jungheinrich offers a long-term performance promise of up to 8 years on its high-quality lithium-ion batteries.
Simple rapid and intermediate charging of the battery is possible without memory effect, thereby ensuring maximum availability and flexibility of your lithium-ion truck at all times. Thanks to the powerful on-board charger, the battery can be easily recharged via any 230-V socket. With a battery heater installed as standard, the operating temperature of the high-lift truck is between -10°C and +40 °C. A specially developed battery management system ensures safe operation and switches the truck off automatically when not in use. The clever energy recovery during braking saves energy and thus contributes to high energy efficiency.
The low overall height and excellent visibility through the mast ensure safe working, as the forks, load and surrounding areas are always in view. This speeds up the storage and retrieval process.
