The wide-track stacker truck is particularly adept at handling closed pallets and special load carriers and an ideal tool for the transverse pick-up of Euro pallets. Thanks to the lateral support arms and the counterbalanced ISO 2A fork arms, the EJC 110bi E drives under the load unit during pick-up. In its standard configuration, the stacker track can accommodate pallets up to 891 mm in width. You can adjust the fork arms individually and extend the support arm spacing up to a width of 1,270 mm by means of adapters in order to accommodate different load and pallet sizes.

The electric stacker truck impresses with its ease of use thanks to a simple and intuitive operating concept. You activate the high-lift stacker truck using a PIN code and control all travel, lifting and lowering functions via the ergonomic multifunction tiller head, which can be operated with either hand. Important control instruments such as the battery charge level, operating hour counter, travel speed and status messages are always in your field of vision on the 2" display. Thanks to the proportional hydraulics, precise lifting and gentle lowering of particularly sensitive loads on the rack or ground are among the other strengths of the electric high-lift stacker truck. You can store A5 documents in the document compartment on the front cover.

The EJC 110bi E provides you with everything you need to ensure rapid, energy-efficient and cost-effective goods turnover. 3 travel programmes allow you to set an individual travel speed: (4.0 km/h - 4.8 km/h - 5.3 km/h). When activated, the truck always starts with the last travel programme to be used. And when things get really tight, you can activate slow travel mode to manoeuvre the electric stacker safely and comfortably at reduced speed with the tiller raised.

The powerful lithium-ion battery impresses with consistently high performance. It is characterised by low energy consumption and, in comparison to lead-acid batteries, is maintenance-free and offers a three times longer service life. Another plus point: With the Jungheinrich Li-ion Guarantee Plus, Jungheinrich offers a long-term performance promise of up to 8 years on its high-quality lithium-ion batteries.

Simple rapid and intermediate charging of the battery is possible without memory effect, thereby ensuring maximum availability and flexibility of your lithium-ion truck at all times. Thanks to the on-board charger, the battery can be easily recharged via any 230-V socket. With a battery heater installed as standard, the operating temperature of the high-lift truck is between -10°C and +40°C. A specially developed battery management system ensures safe operation and switches the truck off automatically when not in use. The clever energy recovery during braking saves energy and thus contributes to high energy efficiency.

The low overall height and single-stage mast ensure safe working as the fork arms, load and surrounding areas are always in view. This speeds up the storage and retrieval process. The four-wheel chassis ensures that the truck is always secure and stable. The Plexiglas panel in front of the mast prevents accidental reaching through. The fully encased housing provides effective protection against foot injuries. An easily accessible emergency disconnect switch and the collision safety switch integrated in the tiller head ensure optimum protection in dangerous situations.
