Truck parts that do not come into direct contact with foodstuffs, are either electrogalvanised or hot-dip galvanised. The use of these corrosion-resistant materials makes the scissor lift pallet truck ideal for use in wet environments or in the food industry.
The glass-bead-blasted stainless steel surfaces are extremely smooth and thus very easy to clean. Watertight bearings allow high-pressure cleaning of the bearing units from all sides, without the risk of water entering the housing. The scissor lift pallet truck is equipped with a reliable, closed hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump is double-sealed for maximum reliability. Only food-grade lubricants of class H1 are used. The closed fork tips ensure that the fork rollers do not spray any water or dirt onto the transported load.
