1. Pallet truck parts for increased operational safety
Operational safety should always be a top priority when transporting, storing, and handling loads on a daily basis, especially when pedestrian traffic is present. To this end, we offer various braking systems and replacement wheels for pallet jacks. Here is an overview of our pallet jack spare and replacement parts for operational safety:

For use of the pallet truck in commercial areas or during rest periods, we also provide noise-reducing equipment for pallet trucks. This includes special foam mats on the chassis, Teflon spacers on the bearings and fork rollers made of soft-PU. This can reduce noise emissions by up to 50% compared to pallet trucks without noise-reducing equipment.
2. Special fork sizes and frames for pallet trucks
Pallet trucks in standard configuration are suitable for handling goods on Euro pallets or other standardized load carriers. However, if load carriers in special sizes need to be transported, the standard fork length of 1150mm and the standard fork width of 520 to 540mm are no longer sufficient. Therefore, for various pallet truck models, special versions are available (depending on the model):
- Special distance across forks of 700mm for transporting wide special pallets and lifting Euro pallets from the side
- Available in combination with the Jungheinrich PROFISHOP AMW 22p
- Increase the clearance height of your pallet truck with a folding frame
- For transporting goods with and without a pallet
- Available in combination with the Jungheinrich PROFISHOP AM 22.
3. Accessories for weighing pallet trucks
Our weighing pallet trucks come equipped with powerful weighing scales, and depending on the model, even precision or premium scales. These scales have extensive functions and provide accurate measurements. 4. Batteries and battery accessories
To extend the operating times of electric pallet trucks or to have more flexibility in using semi- or fully electric pallet trucks, we offer a comprehensive range of replacement batteries and battery swap modules. The lead-acid gel batteries or maintenance-free lithium-ion batteries are available for various electric pallet truck models and can be inserted without the need for tools. Depending on the version, the batteries can be recharged internally or externally.
